Global leadership of the company comes from experienced partners Gunnar Beinteinsson [CEO], Grigory Chudakov [CCO] and Matthias Johannessen [Deputy CEO].

Gunnar Beinteinsson is a former Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Organisational Development at Actavis, and a member of Actavis’ Executive Board.

Matthias Johannessen is a former Vice President of M&A for Europe and Asia and Vice President Corporate Funding / Group Treasury for Actavis. 

Grigory Chudakov is a former Senior Vice President of Russia, CIS and Ukraine at Actavis. He also has extensive pharmaceutical experience in Central and Eastern Europe in commercial roles with other leading pharmaceutical companies. 

Lars Ramneborn has over 25 years' leadership experience in Europe's Pharmaceutical sector. He joined Xantis Pharma from Actavis/Allergan where he served as SVP for the company's European operation. 

Mikulas “Miki” Lehocky, Director of Business Development, CE region. With two decades of experience in the Pharmaceutical sector, Miki joined Xantis Pharma from Saneca, where he established and built the Portfolio and Generic Business Division.

Arni Hrannar Haraldsson, SVP of Business Development & Supply Chain Management.  Arni has held different leadership roles within Actavis/Allergan for the last 16 years. At Actavis/Allergan he held various managerial roles within Operations, Out licensing, Business Development and Commercial. His role before joining Xantis Pharma was to lead the Strategic Launch Management & Generic Price & Reimbursement.

Natalia Kocankova, Director of Pharmacovigilance and EU QPPV. Natalia has been in pharmacovigilance leadership roles for more than 12 years. She has been responsible for harmonization as well as setting up of new PV systems across different regions - EU, non EU, USA and Japan. Previously she was responsible for pharmacovigilance in Glenmark, Boehringer Ingelheim, Sucampo, Pharmaswiss and Sanofi.

Tomas Mattsson, Director Supply Chain Management and Purchasing. Tomas has held various Supply Chain Management roles in FMCG, Aviation and Pharmaceuticals. He started his career at Unilever and for the last 10 years has been responsible for and leading Global Supply Chain harmonisations and transformation projects. Prior to joining Xantis Pharma, he was leading the global demand management transformation at Actavis/Allergan.

Björn Adalsteinsson, Director Business Development.  Björn has over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Sales and Commercial Management in Pharma. He stated with Actavis in 2000 and served in various positions, including VP Commercial W-Europe and VP Special Projects.  He joins Xantis from his position as Business Development Manager at Vistor in Iceland.
